When I first started hooking up with girls it would literaly take me forever to finish. I could just pound away for like an hour before I would ejaculate and I would really have to concentrate to actually make it happen. It sux. This is what I do. Stop comeing from sex(your body will dissasociate sex with comeing). When you masterbate, take as long as you can, then come. Dont do it to much tho. Get durex extended pleasure condoms. masterbate b4 you see your gf. relax your musciles, esp your legs and pc muscle when doing the deed. Exercise your pc muscle and slam it on b4 the point of no return. If that dosent calm you down pull out, cool down then get back into it. Do not worry about it during sex. Don't tell yourself you can last either. Just feel the passion and get really horny and hard. don't think about gross sh!t. that just makes you soft, then your body ejackulates as quick as possible so you don't fale you reproductive instinks (man I suck at spelling).
