weird situation (semi-long read)

Ok so..i met this girl in math class durin my sophormore year in hs..we'll call her S..when i met S i was already in a relationship so we remained friends and i didn't think anything of it..this was back in 2003..fast forward to 2005..her bestfriend who'll we'll call E transfers to our skool..E was cute..E thought i was cute..we was feelin eachother..but we werent attracted to eachother on a mental level only physically..we had **** in common and rarely got along..nothing ever happened there..fast forward to 2007..i started to develop feelings for S out of nowhere..i think it was because she was bout to start a relationship with some guy(great guy btw) so i messed up and told her i had feelings for her and that i think we should pursue it..she shot me down and told me she didn't see me that way yada yada..we remain cool till bout november..once november hit i said **** it..no reason to be cool wit her..so i cut off contact..fast forward to May 12th..she hits me up saying "im jus curious 2 kno if ur ever gona talk 2 me again? if ur not its fine u dnt hav 2 answer back jus wondering " i got **** and responded back with "you miss me huh" she responds back and says yea..we been cool for 6 yrs and all of a sudden you disappear..i told her "**** happens" she hits me back saying "ok. if u dnt wanna talk 2 me its fine i was jus curious. wish u the best bye." after that i let it go..figured fuk it..no love loss..fast forward to tonight..E hits me up out of nowhere..askin me what im up too..now my question is..do i have a chance wit this girl?(her and S do not talk to eachother no more due to S boyfriend) if so..what steps should i take..

i don't have a issue with getting more women..but E is a chick whom i always wanted to sleep with..Im not sure what S may have told her..but im sure she is hitting me up for a reason

the Dj rule always asserts leave past skeletons in closet no matter what as they already had their chance..but to console you now you can ask her out for a drink to gauge her interest then from there play it cool let her come onto you while you subtley release few games here and there but later see if u can score her okay
