Ok I have a question and I really hope that this doesn't come across as a bad question or a trollish question. I'll just ask because I'm not really sure if I can put the words together to explain what i'm trying to learn.

Is m@sterbation something that should be avoided??
The reason I ask is because I wonder if doing that plus looking at porn may cause a significant decrease in confidence. Especially someone such as myself who is addicted to porn and mbing..i'm beginning to think that it does in fact cause problems with potentials and with the level of my confidence. To be honest I think it is something that i've used to cover up my desires to have that "HB8 or 9" but thinking that I'm not the man that will ever get an HP8,9 or 10. I've used it when i am lonely and when i'm feeling low about myself.
I"m not looking for admission by anyone else..i'm just looking for a straight forward answer concerning the topic of porn and mbing.
