Been doing Cardio/strength for 2 months but the weight has stopped going down.
so i'm incorporating some Intermittent Fasting to get things going again.
my eating window will be between 4pm and 8pm (4/20 fast)
simply
- 1 small meal before my daily cardio/ body weight training
- 1 larger meal afterwards.
current weight 223 lbs
