Weight loss for women, practicaly the same things?

Ok, I've read and all..

So, if i'm not wrong... For women to lose weight what they have to do is to follow what we would do, but well, logicaly, less? The calorie intake, for instance is lower, etc.

I mean, the same program and diet, but less of everything (food, for example)?

gym + controlled eating habits... eating less and losing more... question of mathmatics i guess

In a nutshell, take in less calories than you expend. It's the same with either sex.
