Im in wrestling again this year, and i put on a little bit of muscle mass from last year, so I have to loose more weight, and increase my diet. My food intake is bad. I know i have to eat fruits and veggies, but i cant stand to eat them, and want to know if there is any other things i should eat to loose unnecesary fat..

If you don't like the taste of fruits and vegetables just consume them in smoothie form (without yogurt or anything that involves added sugar. That's another thing: eat less sugar, which means less fewer refined white bread and not drinking soda. .
