I want to start weightlifting..but I don't know where to start.
First, I want to find out what I can push, and how many reps and sets I should be able to do. How do I find this out?
Second, I want to gain muscle in the arms, shoulders and chest. A little bit of leg wouldn't hurt either. I'm skinny.
Third, how often should I work out per week, and if I can't do that much in the week, should and how can I adjust my training to keep the same progress.
Fourth, how do I progress to heavier weights and/or more reps/sets?
That's about it. If someone could take the time to answer in detail...that'd be awesome!:woo:!!
