Most everyone on here will say EAT MORE.
But for things like that, they are made up of protein/carbs/fat
That's all it is mixed into a powder.
So you can get protein, and then add peanut butter, a banana, some milk, flax, oatmeal, or what ever you want to make your OWN SHAKE.
It may take a bit more time to prepare, but you save money, and not only that you dont get all of that extra crap they put in there. Some companies load those things with what ever they can. So if you buy your self some protein, and heck even maltodextrin powder or some form of carb powder it would be better.
I will do peanut butter, a banana, whole milk, scoop of protein and then oat powder and sometimes brewers yeast. Sometimes even natural ice cream.
Now the only downside is if you want something to TAKE with you. Milk wont stay, so if you have to put something in a locker or carry it in a bag, your powder is the only option, so you can mix water in when you want.
