Weight Gainer

Im starting a new bulk on Monday and in preperation for that i bought a new weight gainer supp. It has 40 grams of protein and a whopping 350 grams of carbs per serving. Ive never used anything like this before (just whey before) so i have no clue when to take the shake.
Do i take it before or after my workout also should i take it on off days or should i take somehting a little less powerful?

Take half a serving with a can of tuna in the morning

I've never used weight gainers but it seems like anything that is liquid protein plus whatever liquid is most useful right after a workout. Not sure about any other time.

I checked out the nutritional info about Weight gainers, it seems like it's just 2 scoops of regular whey protein, with a bunch of sugar added to it.

Try it out and let us know what happens.
