Heya,

I've had a very weak circulation (like in low blood pressure) for all my life. As a result, I am a very tired, unambitios person. More often than not, I have that pale, unhealthy look.
Actually, I have trouble fully opening my eyes most of the time.

When working my leg muscles, I sometimes have to stop to avoid blacking out, no matter how much warming up I do.

I've had myself checked up, but the doctor said everything was in perfect order.

What can you suggest? More cardio to improve overall fitness? I feel exhausted all day.

I would definitely try 30mins of cardio in the mornings.
Then I would look at improving my diet.

Dude,

Go get some N.O.Xplode or Trac-N.O. from GNC or online.

The nitrious oxide in that **** makes your vascularity pump up like crazy.

Maybe that could help you a little, I know it has helped me feel more pumped.

If you have weak circulation, try using: Ginkgo biloba.
Google it.

Ginko is also a vasodilators, so avoid that. If you want to boost your blood pressure try increasing your sodium intake a bit.

On the bright side you're less likely to suffer heart problems. In serious cases it might be a problem but if the doc says you're fine...

I'm not really sure all of your problems are due to low blood pressure though. How's your diet? How much sleep do you get?

Take a supplement called "Nitric Oxide" N02 I think. It gives you something they call the "the big pump". Resuting in something like more blood circulation and blood-vein expansion... Check it out on the google.

Those symptoms sound like Aenemia (iron deficiency) to me (though I'm no doctor). I'd seriously think about being tested for it.

I've known people with it, and they've felt exactly the same when they havn't had their Iron supplements (if thats what they are).
