for about a yr now..I have been using caffiene in the form of soda.

well about a yr ago..I got some green tea pills..with 200 mg of caffiene each..I took 3 a day for nearly a yr...

not including soda and red bull or whatever they sell.

I was near 1000 to 1500 mg a day.

well there is something on the other side of caffiene called the black month.

anyways the last 2 weeks..I cut my caffiene in the evenings off..and it started to have drawback..eventully I had bloody noses, headaches, loss of amibition and emotion.

and finally last night I had 4 bloody noses..went to the doc today..and he basically told me I am a moron :)

so if any of you abuse caffiene..you might want to think of cutting back a little. before aniexty leads to stress and panic attacks..which i ddidnt have..but regardless..I need a stimulant free life :)
the doc has told me I can have caffiene in the mornhing and none after noon and no more than 200 milligrams a day..that means no yaeger bombs :)

This is why good supplements like Ephedrine and pro steroids and other supplements are banned.

Because People like you don't know what the fvck their doing or think they do and end up either in the hospital, or just messed up for short term or permanently, or dead.

Read and know everything about ANYTHING you are about to put in your body.

Ignorance IS NOT bliss when it comes to your health and putting anything in your body.

However I am Glad you didn't get hurt to bad or died of an heart attacking using Ephedra. Be careful next time bro.

actually i do know what I was doing

I became ADDICTED its bad to be addicted to something and not realize it.

I never cycled off it..just plain caffiene pills..and it totally messed me up...and would cause me to feel Insecure, nervous, aniexious, crazy negative thinking.

it also caused me to drink alcohal alot more to counteract the stress the caffiene put on me.

That right there my friend is why Steroids and pro hormones are banned among other things.

Even the people that do know what they're doing don't know when to cycle on and off. At first they may but then they get Addicted and not even know it. They either take more of a supplement or inject more into them because they no longer have that same feeling they had when they first had it. That’s a big time :nono:.

That’s when you really need to get off of it even if it’s your cycle on time. That’s why its very important to Read, Read, Read, and Read on the product as much as you can. Even read the reviews and experiences. Especially those. You need to know all the side - effects and potential danger if you take that product.

Glad you learn your lesson without killing yourself. Supplements are NOT to be taken as you live and learn process. Educate yourself first then make a decision.

I've cut my caffeine back to once a day (in the morning). I used to drink it pretty much all day. The rest of the day is filled with water. In short, I no longer feel sluggish, or feel I need a nap at 2:00 in the afternoon.

obviously too much of a good thing is always bad. for future purposes, just watch what you put into your body.

I had a co-worker who used to drink a lot of tea everyday, then eventually something happened to her stomach and went to the doctor's, after that she layed off it but still drinks it once in awhile.

I think they said green tea is good for helping to lose weight.

Just wondering what you wanted to achieve from this in the first place? Was it just to give you an energy boost or did you have something more in mind?

Too much caffeine causes me to get twitchy, restless and has sometimes provoked panic attacks. I love coffee, but I try to keep it as a special treat now once every few days.

Not only that, but caffeine sucks up your muscles, it eats away your bones, and it increases your blood pressure.

It's alright once or twice a week, but people who take in 200mg of caffeine a day are gonna get messed up in the long run.

The funny thing about coffee is that it doesnt appear to work for me. there's no change in my sharpness or awareness after drinking it. i only drink like 2x a week.

Cause the way i see it, the more caffeinee intake you get, the more of a reliance you get on it. And without it your body will be sluggish. So if you barely take it, it would have no effect on you?

Why did you want so much caffeine anyways? If you want energy and are going to pop drugs why not just sniff cocaine? :rolleyes:

This is one of the reasons I will never drink coffee in the mornings, because I don't want to become dependent on it to go through my day. Coffee makes me feel nasty.

The studies in the news lately that i've seen haven't said that.

They've said that it's the number 1 source of antioxidants in the U.S. All that means is that instead of fruits and vegetables and everything else with high levels of antioxidants that americans drink such huge amounts of coffee that nearly all their antioxidants come from coffee... even though something like bananas and whole grains are (much?) better sources. Americans don't eat them anywhere the same amounts of coffee. I see this every day at my office where everyone is downing gallons of coffee and having pepperoni hot pockets and other garbage for lunch with nary a fruit or vegetable in sight.


Maybe you're referring to something i haven't read though.

You are correct on the details of the research. I was surprised to see that coffee is even considered healthy at all. I never realized it had anything good in it. And yes, the American diet sucks.
