Hi, I am new in these forums, and decided i will pop in here and ask the most immediate question on my mind. Several times before, i have tried my hand at weight lifting. Arguably, i have failed. I am trying again and i want to make it a success. I would like to get bigger.
I am not fat, just a little pudgy and most of the dietary advice asked on here (at least to my eyes had been for skinny people.) I might have 15-20% body fat (based on my little knowledge anyway.) So i am wondering, what guidelines i should abide my diet by, if i want to get bigger.
I am naturally fairly built, but still a long way to getting there. I feel i have got the weight exercises down to a point, but i am still in the dark regarding dietary advice. Any suggestions or guidelines will be much appreciated.
