I don't understand why people make this so complex and confusing. Want to look like a muscle man?

I weigh 195lbs all muscle, 6'1.

If you are skinny, Eat a lot of food and workout for 2 hours every day. What does this mean? Busting your ass at the gym! Get your lazy ass to the gym and bust your friggin ass. That is IT. There are no BS shortcuts to looking great. USE EVERY MACHINE IN THE PLACE.

NEXT

1 hour of biceps, 1 hour of chest same day, every other day. = 2hours of pumping iron
ALWAYS WARM UP LIGHT OR YOU WILL TEAR A MUSCLE warm up = 30 minutes light weights

I used to eat 6 eggs for breakfast, a chicken parm sub for lunch, those carb bars in between, and a huge steak dinner. Then pump weight gradually. It's an easy process but take a hell of a lot of work.

Bro, don't tell me how you get buffed. Everyone got their own styles but teach others "the basics" and let them form their own style.

Your style I disagree with as my style is different but lets go back to the basics:

1. Lots of meat/protein.
2. Do weights 4-5 hours a week in whatever fashion.
3. Watch porn.

There's no way you're ever going to build any muscle if you train for 2 hours EVERY SINGLE DAY. Workout sessions should be a little less than an hour each and 3-4 times a week.

You're an idiot. Don't ever post telling people how to get buff when you lift biceps and chest only. I am sure I can just come over there and tip you over, like ol big chested top with chicken legs to spin on. Maybe when you slouch because your chest overpowers your back, I can point and laugh.

The biceps are one of the smallest muscles, why would you hit it with an hour of working out solid? Do large compound movements scare you?

Lift with a good workout split, hitting all the muscle groups.
Get lots of rest
HAVE A GOOD DIET

Thats what you need. The basics of getting big. Everything else is just details pertaining to those groups from there.

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

LOL. Same, hilarious! hahaha, that would take a LONG AZZ time, or 7 days a week in the gym!

Plus, u say train 2 hours at a time? I am told having shorter breaks and training in 50 minute sessions is the best way. And this is by one of the leading bodybuilders in the world!

Thank god there are some people who know how to give advice here. STFU you morons who respond! You don't know **** about training and lifitng.

I have been having alot of problem with my program lately.

It looks like this:

Mon: Chest+bis
Thue: Chest+bis
Wed: Chest+bis
Thur: Chest+bis
Fri: Chest+bis
Sat: Chest+bis
Sun: Rest

Working out 1 hour every time. Now I finally understand I have to make it:

Mon: Chest+bis
Thue: Chest+bis
Wed: Chest+bis
Thur: Chest+bis
Fri: Chest+bis
Sat: Chest+bis
Sun: chest+bis

and workout 2 hours instead. Thanks man. Getting this tip from a big man like yourself is good.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

yeh it's time to stop that laziness, lifeforce. genetically disadvantaged like you can't play around with easy free weights and only 6 workouts/week.but lifeforce always remember for good gains a good diet is important!!dunn wanna get into details here but the most important things are PLENTY of protein after workout, NO fats + NO carbs(only protein can build muscle!!). but where you need plenty of carbs is before bedtime because your body needs energy to build muscles while sleeping. additionally to prevent gaining fat i'm doing cardio everyday.

If you go all out on chest and biceps in the same session, you are a 'Fvcking 'tard'. Everyone knows that for superior gains you alternate between the large muscle groups.

You COULD do that thing you said, but you would probably overtrain pretty quickly, and all that work would be for nothing.

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

haha lifeforce, the funny thing is, that's similar to the way powerlifters train.

not the chest/bis thing, but the 6 days a week of the same sh!t. like one of my buddies at the gym is a competitive weightlifter, his routine is basically:

6 days of:

10sets of 1 rep squat (2 sec pause at bottom)
10 sets of 1 rep bench (2 sec pause at bottom)
10 sets of 1 rep deadlift (2 sec pause at top)

you'd think he'd overtrain but nah, the body adapts to anything eventually. his squats almost breaking 700, and this guy is all natural too.

as for the original thread, anyone that seriously works out will recognize it as a joke.

I finally joined up to a gym today. I don't think i will be going every day . I am not in that good shape at the moment - i am not fat, i am fairly lean now, i am just not very muscular looking but i want to really improve my appearance but if i have to go lots of days each week to improve my appearance then i am happy to do that.

Alright I know that his view and advice may not be well written, but look at any good powerlifters and/or natural bodybuilders, the key to maximum potential it a heck of a lotta work, and 5 days a week, 2 hours a day, thats the way to do it, I may not have the best physique but I bench 330 and clean 280, all throught a heck of a lot of hard work and 8-10 hours of weightlifting a week.
