Hey guys,

Last weekend a buddy of mine i meet up with at out local watering hole said the waitress "thought i was hot". i see her there most weekends, im just reluctant to hit on a waitress/beer tub girl for obvious reasons.

I bought a beer from her asked her if she like Italian food and walked away. Went back an 1/2 hour later for another beer, introduced myself and asked her out and gave her my number. I did notice she was nervous the whole time. Quick glances then looking down and fidgity hands. On my way out, i asked if she was going to call with a small smile on my face. To my surprise, she leaned over and gave me a hug and said yes! She said she put my number in her purse.

She hasnt called yet, but what can i do the next time i see her? I say ignore her and make her come to me, push-pull. She's an obvious hired-gun, but i think i have her in the right spot.

Also, What is the woman's def. of "hot"?? Cute, i've been called b4, but never hot.

If a girl calls you "hot" to one of her friends, it means she thinks you are physically attractive. Not very difficult to pan this out.

i think you made a mistake by giving her your number instead of getting her number. You are a man and you are suppose to take charge, by giving her your number you just put the ball in her hand and you want her to take you to victory. It should be the other way around, i never ever give my number to girls even if i get theirs. They always ask me why and i say "i dont give my number to strangers, if i decide to call you , you will have my number". I know it seems arragont but if said right its gonna label you as a prize and make her swet for coupla days before you call her giving you that high IL we are all looking for.

When you see her next you have one chance to save this. Within 5 minutes from walking in, stroll over to her with a smile and take her hand and start inspecting her fingers. When she asks what you are doing say something like, oh, I just thought your fingers must be broke since you can't dial a phone. Then say give me your number instead and I'll show you how it's done. With a wink and smile. Then start over and lead her starting with your call to her.

If you just linger around and act awkward next time you see her it will be over.

She is a waitress in a bar, do you think you are the only guy that night or the past week for that matter that she thought was "hot"? she obviously get hit on alot but the only difference is, will she prefer the man who will call, pursue her and set up the date, or will she prefer if she is the one that called him, did all the work and put herself in a situation where she could get rejected?!
