Yeah it's normal to be absolutely terrible the first time. It took me and my gf at the time a few attempts to have sex my first time because I was so nervous, and it wasn't that good.

When I feel like I'm about to shoot, I'll do a number of things. First, don't tense up because that makes you *** faster. Second, if you're about to ***, change positions or pull out and do something else. I'd usually pull out and start fingering her or eating her out or stay in and just do something else until the feeling like I was about to *** would subside so I could keep going.

Do not stress over this, the first half dozen times for me were pretty bad. Like anything else in life, it takes experience to get good... though reading up on some things can help.
