So this is something I'd like to do. I know a lot of girls will be opposed to this, so I was thinking of maybe getting a hidden camera in my bed room. Anyone actively do this or have any advice?

Looking forward to kicking back one evening with a few beers watching and j$rkin off to my own sexual adventures.

If that's your thing man, go for it.

However you will want to look into the law. Some part of this sounds quite illegal, though I'm no lawyer.
Probably is...the other person would need to be aware you are recording them.

Depending on your state this is almost certainly breaking privacy and/or unlawful surveillance laws. The repercussions are probably even worse if it is leaked or you share it. You're an adult, do what you want. Just know the risks.

And yes it's a bit creepy but I would imagine that most if not all the guys on here do or are turned on by things that nearly everyone would deem creepy. Theres a stick in your eye gentlemen...

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Ask @bradd80 , I seem to recall him saying he's a lawyer. If I were you, I would ask the bird if you can record it, watch it with her and then delete it when you're finished. If you want it for the future, ask her if you can shoot from an angle where you can't see her face.

just put a hidden camera, or use your laptom cam and use some tape to hide the webcam's led.

Easy as pie.

Just ask. I've gotten several videos just by asking and being persuasive.

Alternatively, you could just record everything in your home, including any sex that you have. Because it's not limited just to sex and more a security precaution, there's no privacy issues. You should be doing this anyway in case of any false rape accusations by women who feel jilted by you.

Besides, a woman who comes into YOUR home has no expectation of privacy in anything other than, for example, her purse or phone.

Word! What is the best way to do this? Like what kind of camera to get and where to put it etc....

That, my friend, is an issue of fact, which in a trial goes to the finder of fact, which is the judge, or in the case of a jury trial, the jury. So you'd have to convince a half-dozen or so women that it was reasonable to expect that a sex tape would be made every time they went to a guy's house and had sex with him. Good luck with that. Kobe Bryant's legal team could probably pull it off, but not any lawyer that most people would be able to afford.

It's not illegal to videotape whatever you want on your own personal property, hidden cameras or not. It does however become a problem if it's published in any way, but for personal use nobody can stop you without breaking the law themselves.

That depends on your state, and it's specific law, as well as how they enforce it. "Consent" is a gray area. A sign on the door at a public store is enough to create consent...but not to film you naked in the restroom. Reasonableness is always the key to interpreting gray areas. If you want to stand in front of some wrinkled old feminist hag of a judge and try to convince her that the sign in your front yard that said "Protected by ADT Security" created consent to make sex tapes....well, good luck with that. I'm not saying it's impossible; it's just not a situation I would want to be in.

A private tape for private purposes made on private self-owned property won't be illegal. Regardless of state, or in fact in any Western country.

You're confusing public places with private places, there's stricter rules for public places.

Twelve states have two-party consent laws. Illinois just amended their law, but it is still a two-party consent state.

As for conversations between ordinary citizens, the new law makes it illegal to surreptitiously record any communication when one or more parties has a "reasonable expectation" of privacy. What's a "reasonable" expectation? "Any expectation recognized by law." If you don't know what that might cover (and who but a legal expert would?), you're back to requiring express permission before you hit record if you want to be safe from potential prosecution.

I'd sooner not be accused of any sexual crime.

So...no one here sees anything wrong, with videotaping a woman nude, while she is having sex with you......................without her knowledge?

Is that what I am hearing?
Look man I understand you , I really do. Unfortunately being a man these days is a dangerous thing.

I've never done that, but to be honest with you I wouldn't lose any sleep over it if I did. I thought about doing that. There are many worse sins in life in my opinion. What she doesn't know won't hurt her. Secretly she would probably love it.
Agreed. It is a bit creepy and unethical, but... I don't blame any guy who does this to protect himself. The laws are heavily biased towards women. What some women do to men with false accusations is much much worse than keeping secret surveillance videos of your sex. All it takes is one crazy b*tch...
