US cities for an arabic male who wants to hook up with White girls

I have not yet been with a White female before but I have dated other races (mainly latina, middle eastern, and mixes). The idea is more appealing to me.

Currently I am in Nashville and it seems backwards to me, never seen white women here date anything other than black or white men. So can you recommend me some US cities that might be good for me?

I dunno about DC, but there are a lot of hot Arab girls there. In LA mixing is common.

I know mixing is common but if the White women over there are just hooking up with Black men and not other races then I am wasting my time.

Now I am heading to Minneapolis in a week so I will tell you guys about my experience there, I heard there are a lot of natural blondes and Scandinavian descendants in Minnesota.
