I got text back from her:
"The test was HARD! I did not even get to finish. But about the romantic thing,I have a boyfriend but I still wanna party together or something!"

How should I interpret this?

she wants to be your friend without telling you word for word "let's just be friends." don't do it, unless you sincerely want to be her friend too. if you do want to be just friends, then you can let her help you meet other girls aka her friends.

From this and your last thread I can tell that you might be coming on a little too strong/ being obnoxious and getting put in the friends zone rather quickly. You're probably going straight for rapport and then to seduction. Skipping the first stage, attraction.
The sequence is: create attraction, then go for rapport, then seduce.
You can not skip the steps.
