Hello.
Erm well lets say a person had huge upper legs/ass but just lower than average upper body, especially arms. Not much of a nice sight. Now this past few months he has been eating big, lifting big doing cardio etc. The thing is mostly only legs/ass appear to be growing while upper body continues to lag. Any ideas? Is this ****e predetermined by genetics - nothing to be done bout it?

"This person" may be going full out on his leg workouts, but not so much on his upper body workouts.

Does "this person" have pictures, or measurement stats?

I have your problem, big muscular upper legs and butt, small upper body.

Not many guys have this dispostition but on the flip side, consider yourself lucky. You can afford to skip the leg workouts. Focus on mainly upper body excercises in your routine

Don't neglect squats and deadlifts, though, they increase the T levels in your body which is beneficial for buidling your upper body.

Your probably like me that all your fat goes to your ass and legs, so its extra important to eat clean foods to stay in proportion. Otherwise you end up looking like a pear from the side. Do some cardio as well

I hope this helps...

I have a really huge and strong foundation but my upper body doesn't grow as quickly, I usually fatigue or peak when it comes to my upper body workouts.

Now I do 40 pull-ups (4 sets - 10 reps) (increase every week)
80 dips (4 sets - 20 reps)
50 - 70 pushups (fit-ball)
40 - 50 sit ups (fit-ball)

increase my bench every week, last week i was at 185.

increase my shoulder excercises also, I always use a variety of things i never use the same workout for upper body..for example, i may do barbell curls for arms one week and then the following week i'll use dumb bells.

i do all the calisthenics to build up my endurance before i lift heavy weights. That seems to be giving me good results.

and i've got great abs from doing that, which is another good thing about guys like us that have a stronger lower body, its easier for us to get great abs in 2 weeks or less.

i've got a good X shape going but i would like my upper body to be a bit more massive.

don't worry about your lower body, women love to look at a guy with a nice ass.
