okay guys, to keep it simple heres my main question

When losing fat do you lose it at a uniform rate?

i ask this because the fat loss in my chest area does not seem to be the same for the left and right sides. The left seems to be lagging behind.

Is this a form of b`itch tits?

I pushed around in the area behind my nipple but i can't say i feel anything that feels like a hard rubber ball. (Sometimes i come across what feels like membrane? i can't describe the feeling that well but it feels like a flat area that kind of feels like muscle tissue but a lot flatter?)

Also when i flex my chest i can feel the difference between the muscle and fat, is this what the chest area should end up looking like?

you are getting too critical of your body, probably not a good thing as it could lead to self esteem issues

but to answer your question, you lose fat/adipose tissue at different rates in different parts of the body. So it should normalise eventually

yeah i'm really critical of my body at times, only because in comparison to the work i put in the results don't seem as good.

thanks for the reply though!
