I take shower every day and the problem is that most of the times i get crazy itching in my legs, arms and chest. It started before a month or so and i suspect that it has something to do with swiming and the sun.

At first itching started in my legs and it wasn't something very bothersome. Now it is spread all over my body (exept my face and my neck) and it makes me scratch like insane.

It goes away after 30 - 40 min's but until then i scratch my self like desperate.

I don't have any symptoms like red spots or bumps or whatever, only itching.

Does anybody know what is this and how can i make it go away?

Perhaps something in your water? Most shower water isn't very clean what with the crappy filtering in most cities, buildup in the showerhead and pipes. Try getting a shower filter. I have a high pressured one and it works really well. My hair and skin improved so much after switching(used to be dry and itchy and my hair was pretty messed up).

This is pretty typical, all it is, is dry skin. Think of it this way...

1. your skin is made of layers, a concrete road is made of different layers of concrete.

2. Taking a hot shower is similar to laying concrete on a hot day. The warmness opens the pores and water can permeate deeper into the dermis. Since these layers are deeper inside, once you get out of the shower your pores shrink again but the lower layers are still wet.

3. On a hot day, workers have to keep an eye on freshly laid concrete and wet it down with a hose so that the top layers do not dry before the bottom layers.

4. If they don't do that, and the top layer cures too quickly, it will shrink slightly and crack. if the top layer of your skin dries before the lower layers it will become too "tight" and cause the itchy feeling.

What you need to do is within 5 minutes of getting out of the shower, while your skin is still slightly damp, take a pretty strong lotion and massage it all over the parts of your body that have this issue. I recommend something like Vaseline Intensive Care, Eucerin or Lubriderm because they all are pretty good for sensitive skin, which is another thing caused by this dryness.

additionally, you should make sure that your showers arent too hot, and that you dont spend too long taking one.

This should really help out your skin.
