My entire body used to be skinny, but now my legs and butt are fat. My chest and the rest of my upper body are still really skinny. It looks strange. Is there anything I can do to even out my body fat?

No, you're stuck with the same bodyfat % throughout life. You are doomed!

Dude, I'm in the EXACT same situation here (I have a big-butt and i cannot lie!). The fact ofthe matter is you cannot spot-reduce, in other words u can't get rid of fat only in a certain area. You're gonna have to diet + cardio to lose the fat, which is what I've started doing bro. Once I've lost most of my body fat I'm gonna bulk like crazy!

Well, I don't want to sound stupid but have you tried working out the parts of your body that you feel are fat? Sometimes it might not even be fat, usually some people have higher bonde density in some areas of their bodies. If you feel your legs and but have some fat you could try some squats, hamstring curls, etc (exercises for lower body). :D

It's not really bone desntity although it could be, for example some people have extremly huge abs while having medium bodyfat, so their stomach sticks out as if they have a fat stomach...your weight distribution is based on the alpha 2 recepotr sites, which your estrogen levels dicatate, basically it's your bodies favorite spot to store fat, for men it's mostly love handles and mid section and chest, for women its lower body...and yes you can spot reduce look into lipoderm-Y at 1fast400.com its a topical fat burner, and someone don't come at me claiming that it only drains that area of water, it doesn't. peace

sounds like you have high estrogen levels. read up on nolvadex.

Enkai: Im not positive (and im too lazy to look it up right now) but i believe the a2 receptors are located in the trunk area in males and butt/thigh areas in females. transdermal yo might not be the best choice. i could be wrong, though.

Viroid you're right, the mid section and the chest are very rich in A2 sites in males, and thighs and lower body for females...That's why estrogen stores fat there, transdermal is a very good choice because yohimbine hcl goes in there and gets the job down, well anyhow...nolvadex is an anti-estrogen pill, I don't know how good that would deal with the A2 sites since they're already rich in certian areas, but it would lower the estrogen levels and which could cause it to stop sending the fat there as stores, I wouldn't mess with anti-Es to loose weight, If I was doing a cycle i would look into it.
