I would say almost never, unless a guy openly disrespects your girl or you. It may seem like a bish move, but I really believe it takes the bigger man to walk away.

Might be my age or who I hang out with, but I haven't been in a fight in 30 years. I really see no point to it unless threatened with bodily harm.

There are to many nuts with guns now-a-days. Get into what you think is a fist fight might turn out to be a gunfight with you on the losing end.

Never, unless you're a martial artist and it's part of your profession.

unless a guy openly disrespects your girl or you.. it takes the bigger man to walk away.
And it also takes a bigger man to walk away even if a guy openly disrespects your girl or you. Dude, who cares if they disrespect you? Why does that even matter? Why? Will you die if they do that?

The worst thing that will happen is your ego will get crushed. But it is that ego that is entirely responsible for people's suffering. People don't want to admit it's their ego causing their pain, so they blame others. By doing that, they give power to their aggressors. So return power to yourself by realizing other people aren't causing your pain, and that you are causing your own pain

So if someone disrespects you, don't even let it bother you. Think to yourself "umm.. ok" and don't even give a damn. Why? Because you clearly already have a better life and more class than chumps who would be pathetic enough to insult you in the first place. If they are *******s and see that you aren't reacting, they'll actually get pissed

My father was in 100s of fights. Of course, it was a different era back then, like, uh, the old westerns where people routinely got into bar fights, just Rowdy, and people didn't necessarily hate each other back then after they got done fighting. It won him women routinely as well, and he only admitted to losing ONE fight to an older guy 35 when he was 22 at a pool, but the older guy told him that if he ever learned how to fight he'd be not someone he'd want to fight. My dad kept coming back at the guy even though he was a bloody mess and beat to sh!t. He kept getting back up and asking "Where do you think you're going?" when the dude thought it was over and was walking off.

As a former martial arts instructor, the best thing I can tell you, you will know when to fight when hands are being placed on you or thrown at you . otherwise if you can walk away great, but I do realize there are some situations you can't walk away from no matter what. and if you can't fight DONT!

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

That my dad, always RAN INTO fights was rubbed off onto me and I will step to the challenge if a dude feels froggy. I hardly ever have a dude get froggy though.

If you happen to have any martial arts background or amateur/pro fighting experience that the judge finds out about, the legal system will tend to punish you much more harshly. I've seen it happen to guys I used to train with.

The last time I *almost* decked a guy, but did not get to do so because the bouncer picked me up first and started carrying me out of the bar, the only reason I was going to hit him was that I thought he was about to reach into his coat (wearing a suit on a Sat night in a bar in the hot summer) and pull out a gun or knife. He had just grabbed a girl by the face and held her to make her talk to him. Both he and his fellow suit-wearing little buddy were too coked out of their mind to realize they were picking a fight with a dozen mma fighters at their fight afterparty. After getting thrown out, they led the cops on a high speed chase until they crashed their stolen car.

That's how extreme of circumstances it would take to get me to punch someone, and to believe the cops would later be on my side in the matter. If I couldn't avoid a typical bar fight, I wouldn't punch or kick anybody. I would just make it look like they kept falling down when they tried to attack me.

fighting is for brutes. im combat trained in kickboxing and would only employ it in self defense situations. i do not go out looking for trouble at all. the consequences are never worth it. humans are violent creatures. in a life or death situation i would urge law abiding civilians to use whatever force needed up to deadly, in life or death situations.

When there is no better non-violent option, so in defence. I wouldn't hit anyone for what they say, no matter how provoking. I'm well trained in the art of being indifferent, until there's any actual physical threat.

When defending myself it's important to remember to do as little damage as nescessary to prevent the attacker, just to avoid legal trouble. I haven't had to fight at all, there's just something that kicks in when there's potential for it. I act on a sort of autopilot that quickly de-escalate everything, often leaving them confused about what mind game I just did on them.

If you are in danger of being harmed physically or put in a position of "it's either you or them".

Strike fast, strike first and get the hell out of there.

Otherwise if you can walk away, then do so. It's never worth it. People are crazy these days. You beat someone up now a days, you might end up on the wrong side of a bullet a few days later once he or his boys look for revenge.

Way to many stories like that in the news

Right behind you
Best not to. My dad came from a third world country so he was a pretty tough guy because they do stuff differently over there since there isn't any real police. Well there were times where he would come home beat up and stuff, saying how one dude tried stealing and my dad told him he had to pay for it. The guy got mad like 'how dare you catch me stealing' kind of way according to me dad, which is fukin retarded. The guy got my dad in a headlock somehow, and my dad reached back put his fingers in the other dudes nose and ripped it off. Dad said the man let go of him and rand the fvck out with his nose flapping on a small sliver of skin haha. The next day though, 6 or 7 guys came in and the only reason they didn't kill him was cuz some other guy walked in and stopped it. I remember that night too, I must have been 4. There are other stories that he has like that one too, but you get the picture. Fighting in public is dangerous.

Sometimes I am just super mad and want to just fight people, but this nation is full of pvssies so cops will arrest you and you will have your entire future fvcked up because of that. I know not to start anything with people anyway, but if they start with me I'm not gonna back down unless they have a weapon or its several people against just me. At that point though the cops are on my side.

I myself haven't been in any fights since middle school, but those days were different. If any of you had gotten into fights around those age, a lot of times you become good friends with the dudes you fought (not just me, a hell of a lot of other guys I know have similar experiences) so they weren't really anything serious. Plus you didn't go out of your way to get revenge on someone if you lost either. Fighting used to be somewhat of a pastime, but not anymore. Nowadays if you fight someone, you fight to kill. No such thing as a fair fight anymore; cheap shots or low blows are all game now. It's a kill or be killed world now.
My father was in 100s of fights. Of course, it was a different era back then, like, uh, the old westerns where people routinely got into bar fights, just Rowdy, and people didn't necessarily hate each other back then after they got done fighting.
I strongly agree with this.
