My friend is a amateur bodybuilder and when i told him about how whey is nasty and makes your poop clumpy, he told me a trick
eat a bit of something (piece of wheat bread, chicken something healthy)before you take your whey and it won't clump as much.
i'm going to try this out, whereas before i just took the whey right when i got home.
anyone else tried this and how are your results?
