Ugly fat chick trying to get me fired

Well this is the story apparently a job I started working 3 weeks ago has this fat assistant manager chick. When I walked in the place looking for the job she just stood there and looked at me like she couldn't stand me right off the bat. Well I got the job been working there 3 weeks part time, I could care less about the job, but I need some quick extra cash right now, otherwise I would of never of worked this crappy job. This same assistant manager chick doesn't do any work at all and somehow got that position? She walks around and gossips and talks all day....she was all friendly friendly with another female co worker today, but a few days ago was talking **** about her. She is one of this people nice in your face, talks behind your back. I keep to myself its a lousy stock job and everyone is just stocking. There is this one female co-worker who is seemingly cool, just trying to make cash for her family. She talks to me a lot about her life and what not, I don't mind keeps the job interesting and passes time. The cool chick co-worker is the one who told me, that the other chick trying to get me fired. I asked why and she said because I worked slow (still learning their ropes and my sleep schedule messed up for years of not having a job, I work early) I didn't even react or say anything, I smiled and said "that's funny oh well"

Question is ( I am curious by nature) Why is this fat chick so adamant about getting me fire? What did I do to her? This is the 2nd job I had where the fat ugly chick tries and gets me first for seemingly no reason. Now I don't know what to do as I need the extra cash?

What is her reasoning? Does she just dislike me? Does she feel threaten because I am a male and could take her job title away in a year? (The place is 95 percent females)

I don't care, but I am curious for different opinions and perspectives

Constantly do things for her superiors/whoever is in a position to fire you, so that you make a lasting good impression. Help out with their workload. Do this even if you do not technically work for these people. Do not be obvious, however. Also, be personable and friendly to your colleagues that are at your same level or under. Basically, by doing this, you will be cutting off her line of action so that her criticisms get dismissed, and you will be culling a support structure that can also influence the higher-ups. Lastly, don't antagonize her, pretend you are oblivious to what she's doing while you gain good rep in the company.

I'm not worried, I find it funny and it is making me oddly curious as to why, I know its a waste of time, but I am curious by nature and I want to know why found life experiences purposes. One thing is since the work place is mostly female she thinks since I am a male I have a possibility to take her position? Or she realizes I am way to good looking and I am out of her league? A mix of both? Or maybe she just hates me for the reasons marmel stated

I've, experienced this before and in every case with NO exceptions the female in question was feeling sexually frustrated.

I had one who acted like she hated my guts 22yrs old HB7.5 around everybody she used to roll her eyes at me and was very standoffish. And I was for sure that she hated me.

Then one day when the two of us were alone she actually started talking about the color of her panties and even showed me pictures of herself in panties and she said that if I ever invited her to one of my gigs that she would take her panties off and throw them on stage. I was stunned and for one of the few times in my life at a loss for words..

This is just one story but this has happened to me at least four times. Women hate rejection even the thought of rejection and they HATE men who ignore them.

But I'm introverted by nature.

Had another female actually came over to my desk and told me she didn't like me, when I asked why her exact words were: "Because you act like you live on this world all by yourself" after that incident I learned to be more sociable snd started giving her attention problem solved!

Op, you can probably solve this by giving her a little attention. Or she could actually really dislike you.

I heard ya, when she told me and I just laughed and reframed from saying anything negative.
Today she mentioned it again and said THEY had it out for me. I said they? And she mentioned the original chick again, another older one who works in the front and I have no contact with and hardly see or bump in to when we are working together. She said they claim I don't work lol. The third one I worked with on my very first day and she seemed cool, but she was lazy, apparently she was in on this gossiping to so its 3 girls in total. One I only worked on the same day with and once was my first day and recently a few days ago, but we were in different parts of the store with no contact we couldnt see each other or nor what was going on with each other. Another one works in the front by the register and I don't see her unless I go to the front so she wouldn't know if I worked hard or not. Its funny because I am the least threat to all of them. I hate 9-5 jobs, I'm only going to be there temporarily to save up some cash then I am out. Damn society is so stupid I remember why I didn't work for 8 years straight.

it can be a lie of the cool girl, just keep doing the job get paid and leave, its not for you to fix *****!s, start to not care about her and random people, be polite, cool and true, evade gossips, unseless chitchat, make good plans during work and work smart not hard.

just a side note, when you start your own bussiness hope you can get enough money to work on red for at least 6 months, from what I see here that is normally the time it takes for you get something back on your new bussiness
