So....most of the advice I've gotten from here is that women love to talk and we just let them do that while attempting to pay some attention to the prattle coming out of thier mouths so they think we are "sweet" if we remeber anything.
However, I ran into this HB 9 as a councilor in the camp I was directing last week. Swimmers body, tall, athletic, smart.....but VERY quiet. She would follow me around all week, giving lots of non-verbal signs that she was interested, but she would always let me carry the conversations.
That isn't much of a problem since I'm gregarious by nature and I teach for a living, but I found it wierd that she didn't talk much. I got her to open up talk once or twice, but most of the time, she would play off the jokes I was telling.
Anyone ever meet a woman like that? How do you deal with it without giving too much emotional information away?
