Senior Don Juan
Boys,
Last night in the gym i was doing my regular 'lat pull-downs' when i decided to increase the weight to 90 kgs (i have been doing 12 reps of 85 for the last 2 weeks) when in the first rep i got quite a twinge in my back from a muscle....undeterred by this i carried on going and got another one with the next rep but a bit sharper, i decided to take it back down 5 kgs and the twinges stopped!!
does this mean my back muscles can't stand the weight because my biceps easily stand this weight but it appears the muscles in my back cant...
any advice??
