Yo guys, I’ve been a member of this forum for quite a while, but I’ve never really been on it very much, until now. I recently encountered a life changing experience that’s given me a whole new perspective on life. From this I learned … life is just too short. So I’ve decided to change my life for the better, I’m going to I’ve life to its fullest. I know what I’m typing sounds cheesy but I don’t care as this is what I’m going to do.

I really like the idea of becoming a guy that is charming, funny, , charismatic etc.

I’d like tips on how to become more:

Charming
Confident
Charismatic
And become a better conversationalist

So the first step I’m going to take of turning my life around is trying to become a DJ :D, and I’d like you guys to help me. I’ve read the bible, but I’m asking you guys as you’ll probably be able to explain in more detail :D

Heres the keys in dealing with others:

-Smile
-Talk about what other people are interested in, not about what you like
-Be interested in others
-Ask questions
-Don't complain, condemn, or criticize
-Admit you when you are wrong, and don't tell people they are wrong
-Appreciate people

I am reading the book "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie who studied how to have sucessful human relationships. Of course, you have to incorporate these things. Try even if just for today or tomorrow. I actually have half the book highlighted to go through it and pick up keys points every once in awhile to remind me. Remember, everyone craves to be important, which is why you should be interested in others if you expect others to be interested in you.

As for yourself, thought is supreme. Some steps would be to start working out and exercising. It does wonders as I am sure you will read everywhere. But reading is phase one, phase two is action. So go for a run if its nice out, buy some simple dumbells and do lifts every two days or so. And keep at it. After I started working out for about a week, I had more energy and positive thinking, not only about myself but about everything else.

Another step would be to relax, stop worrying about things you can't control, and do different things once in awhile. Remember that the same situations usually end up with same results. Now repeat that again, you can't expect different outcomes if you do not do anything different. Hopefully by you reading some things, it will help initiate a change.

The two biggest words of all to improving yourself: Action and Commitment
