I dont get it, if you guys are talking... why wouldnt she want to a movie with you? When i think about "talking", to me it means that you two like each other and you guys are trying to get to know each other and see where it leads.

Maybe the "talking a lot" was done in a way that did not make her think of you as a potential person to start doing things with. It's highly possible.

We can't give you any good advice based on what you gave us, a lot depends on her excuse...if she couldn't go because she had to visit her dying grandfather then obviously that's more important than going to the movie with you.
my friend told me that too. but she just said, "uh sorry no i cant." dont you think she would have said something like, sorry i have to go see my grandfather, unless it was something embarrassing like a pap smear lol. oh well, i got my hair done really good at the beauty college and got 4 girls numbers who were in their early 20's, one was 17, and im only 16 but i look a lot older for my age. i think its my sideburns lol.

Things don't look too hot but you can always keep her around as a friend. Flirting and chilling with a varsity cheerleader defianetly makes you look more attractive to those who see you with her. Sure you might not be able to get with her but you can use her presence to get with other girls.

i just blocked her for a 2 days. i still talk to her a lot now and i act like nothing happened. she told my friend, "i know chris likes me, i wish he would come talk to me more though" i talk to her in real life as much as i can but i dont see her a lot. we talk on aim like every day though! WTF?!?
