Best prices I've seen for Americans.

When you decide to "bulk up", post your diet and training so we can help out.

Training wise do this:

Eat like this:

If you do this then things will go well and by summer there should be noticeable improvement. Start now and you could be 160+ by Summer.

If you eat **** and train crap however you won't get very far, most people do this, don't be one of them.

As for protein it depends on budget. Get whey isolate if you can afford it, if you can't it'll have to be whey concentrate.

Good luck and make a log,

to expand on what quagmire said, you definitely want whey. the choice of which kind depends on your budget & tolerance of lactose. if you know that you are lactose intolerant you should go with isolate. if you have the $ you should go with isolate. if you're sure you're not lactose intolerant & need to save dough, try the concentrate. but if it gives you a fit (after an initial period of a week or two -- adding protein to your body all at once is disruptive anyway), you may need to try switching up to isolate anyway.

concentrate is about 80% protein while the isolates are in the 90s,
however if you can tolerate some of the lactose in the concentrate without getting to bloated, i say go with that.
use my discount of chb519 to save a bit more
