Guys I just want to know if anyone is taking Tri-Creatine Malate? I've tried the regular creatine mono but it always leaves me bloated and puffy looking, from the water retention I assume.

Well I was taking Thermogain by muscletech for awhile, but it's off the market, so i'm about to add Tri-Creatine malate into my diet. I just ordered somne from True Protein.

I've been doing good interval cardio on the Stairmaster and of course eating right, I do alot of pushups and free weights. My body is prtty toned up, I could take a picture right now and I would look pretty good.

But I still have some movement on my lower abs and I want that to stop. So I wanted to add in Tri-Creatine Malate along with Tonalin CLA which is supposed to help remove stored fat and avoid other fats from storing, and then the Green Tea is supposed to be an overall fat burner in itself.

guys any thoughts? I've been taking them for about a week now. The tri-creatine is great as it doesn't give me that bloated feeling, I will track my results at the end of the month to a good estimate of where I would have been without the additional supplements and where I am with them to see if I should keep taking them.

I know the green tea is great for the body overall, I'm already taking Omega 3's and a multi men's vitamin from Vitamin World, so even if I ditch the creatine and cla I will more likely keep the green tea.

Lol, oh my does no one have any suggestions on this thread.

I will continue, the creatine is working great. For some reason, I've taken the Tonalin CLA in the past for about three months and didn't really notice any supplement help. The CLA is supposed to stop additional fat from storaging and eliminate fat stored on you. Well, I just don't feel it's doing much for me personally.

The creatine I feel is working great. For my workouts I do many non-traditional things like working with resistance bands. I find that I can target the muscles better while getting heavy resistance, all for better tonality. In addition, I'll do three days a week for 25-30 minutes on the StairMaster using Interval Training, my average speed for the entire half hour averages 68 - 72, which is really great. Then, my gym has a Steam room and a Sauna, I'll sit in the Steam room for about 15-20 minutes and the Sauna for 10 minutes. I'll repeat my workout like I said three times a week.

I can post some pics, I think I'm looking good here guys but you can recommend somethings.

My bottom abs are almost firm, they still move, but the "definition" is clearly visible on the abs where if I took a pic, I would like very great I think. it's just that the bottom portion still moves when you touch them. I think a couple more weeks this will be gone and they won't jiggle around.

The Green Tea is great because Green Tea does alot of internal things, however, I don't feel that it's really doing much to the workout though or for burning off the fat. I feel like what's really doing it for my workout is just the basic exercising and eating that I'm doing.

So overall, I might keep the creatine and eliminate the Green Tea/Tonalin CLA after I finish this month's worth of working out and those bottles are gone. I got both from Vitacost and they were dirt cheap, much cheaper than alot of the other stores like GNC.

I will be honest, the best fat burner I used was when I was using Hydroxycut when it first came out with the Ephydra in there. I really want to go back to using a product with that in there, but I'm just scared that I will get into serious health problems. But I do know a lot of sites that still sell that product and all it would take to get some is just five minutes of my time and my credit card.

Try Lipo-6X by Nutrex, I used it, and it helped me tone up quite a bit.

CLAs' not a bad supplement (its still a good source of omega 3's), but I'd recommend 5-10 g of fish oil (DHA/EPA) over CLA any day of the week. Fish oil is usually cheaper and IMO offers more benefits for optimizing your metabolism and health than CLA.

I have over 10 years of training experience, have been a high performance athlete, personal trainer and worked in supplements for several years. One thing that gets me about supplements is their cost and how they can often detract trainees from focussing on really important things like diet.

Definitely check out places like Costco for cheaper supplements. Stick to your basics (multi, EFA, protein) and really focus on streamlining your diet.

I'd also strongly suggest you try and incorporate heavy compound movements such as deadlift, squat, bench, military press, dips and chins into your routine. These movement coupled with a good diet will really help to pack on the muscle which in turn will augment your metabolic rate and help you to burn fat.

Please post your diet if you want further help.
