I recently saw a commercial for a new cardio machine. It's by Bowflex. It's called the Treadclimber. It combines the movements of the treadmill, staircase, and the elliptical. It is said to burn 3x the amount of calories as the treadmill.
I think my gym just ordered some new treadclimbers. I've gotta experiment with this thing. It can accelerate my weight loss. Well, you don't know until you try it...

Has anyone else ever heard of or had experience with a treadclimber?

Just curious.

the treadclimber was a real leg workout. it was better than the elliptical. better than the treadmill. it was kind've awkward getting used to it though. i was disoriented when i got off the machine. it felt like the ground was moving lol. anyways, i recommend this. it's better than nothing, and i believe i will see better results by switching up my cardio routine. treadclimber all the way!

I switched up my routine.
Most gadgets work...the treadclimber is no exception.

In my opinion it's not necessary though.

Brst cardio results I ever got was 45 mins. on a treadmill 5-6 says per week...and not stopping until I burned 500 calories.
Now it's just a 15 min jog at 6mph on the treadmill before every workout. I'm using the loseit app and it accounts for exercise. So 15 min running is ~ 175 cal, 30 min of vigorous weight lifting is ~200 cal and 5 min of vigorous pre workout calisthenics is ~ 50 cal.

So, if this app is an accurate measure of calories burned, I'm burning ~400 with every workout. Lets me eat a little more and still maintain a calorie deficit.
