when your too flexible u'll lose strength vice versa so find the right balance, i am no expert don;t take my word for it. just my common sense kicked in.

Best way to be Flexible without joining up to do those dances yourself is to do Muay THai kick boxing, if you do it right u should look pretty normal and reasonable flexiable enough and strong enough for lots of difference sex positions if thats what you want to really ask but too shy to ask it :D

also good for fitness and cutting (bodybuilding) and self defence so great all in one sport or exercise or activity what ever you want to call it.

hope my advice help, gonna get back into muay thai soon. :)

If all you want is flexibility, then stretch every day. If you want strength then start lifting weights, and focus on deadlifts and squats.

Stretching will not weaken your muscles. Quite the opposite in fact, it will keep them more supple and help prevent injury.

Stretching before lifting weights will weaken your muscles and you wont be able to lift as much weight. Stretch after you lift.

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

Stretching after weights helps break down the muscle even more and aids in recovery, as well as (in my experience anyway) helping hugely with decreasing DOMS.

EXCUSE ME?! Being flexibe and being strong dont go together? Manuva are you out of your freaking mind!?

Ever been to the gym? Probably not. Yes stretching improves flexibility, but so does strength training. Dont write random bull**** on the threads just because it makes "sense". Shows what you know.

As for the poster's question. The exercise you are looking for is deadlifts. Deadlifts work the hips, lower back, upper back, erectors, hams, calves (a little), quads, etc. Its almost a full body exercise. And yes it improves flexibility alot. It also helps if you do stretching AFTER the workout. Listen to Warboss he knows his ****.
