i have a couple questions about track team

1) what type of track would be the best option i.e sprint, distance?

2) since i would have to run everyday wouldnt it be bad since i would burn alot of muscle

3) what kind of diet should i go on since there will be alot of running?

1) I would choose the 100m sprint, but depending on your body type and strengths you maybe better at another event. i.e. 800m

2) No, it wouldn't burn alot of muscle unless your training and nutrition are inadequate. Sprinting will most likely make you gain muscle and there is alot of weightlifting involved to help keep strength levels up.

3) Tonnes of carbs will serve you well because your metabolism will be ridiculously fast.

once you start running everyday, your metabolism will start getting extremely fast becuase of your increased activity level. And, your body is gonna need energy (aka carbs) from all the running you will be doing.

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

I eat oatmeal like a madman. I cook up a huge pot of it and chow down on it the whole day. Throw a bit of fruit and cinnamon on it... bon appetit!

1)Short distance running is conducive to muscle building. Long distance running is not. Adjust accordingly.

2)Eat a lot of clean food and protein and it won't be a problem.

3) Lots of clean food. Especially meet days, eat a lot of slow burning carbs like oatmeal (mentioned above) and whole wheat breads.
