Well how big a dose are you thinking when you say large amount? I know vitamine C is totally safe, I've heard of people taking 2-3 grams a day for years with no serious problem (they even say they feel better than ever). B vitamines are also generally safe, however I've heard some reports that large doses of artificial vitamine E may be bad for you. Not sure about biotin and folic acid, but taking naicin in large amounts isnt bad that I know of, but it can cause your skin to flush really red.

Max recommended intake for calcium is 2500mg.

Taking in more than 100 mg of b6 (1,5 or something is the RDA)for a long time can cause nerve damage to the arms and legs. Vitamin C won't do anything really bad, but more than 2000 mg of vitamin C (RDA is 75) over a long time can cause nausea, cramps, diarrhea and kindey stones. 1000mg or more Vitamin E (RDA = 15mg) over a long time can cause hemorrhage. The max for calcium is indeed 2500mg, the RDA is 1200 or something. Too much calcium can cause kidney stones (if your calcium comes from supplements) and renal insufficiency.

I don't know about folic acid, biotin, niacin. Just never take in alot of anything, it can't be good for you, even though you have to take in extremely high amounts for several days/weeks to really get in trouble. I'd just not take in those supplements EVERY day, maybe every other day or something, at least that's what I do.
