Is it bad to eat an excess amount of fruit and vegetables? Should I make a limit? I've been eating plenty of spinach and broccoli lately and it has been paying off.

If its been paying off, then why stop? It takes a lot to get too much of the nutrients in fruits and vegetables.

I said the spinach and broccoli have been paying off, not sure about the other ones because I don't eat them near as much, I've been eating spinach and broccoli much more often than usual and that's been paying off, but I'm not sure if fruit will do the same thing for me.

It's bad to eat or drink an excess amount of anything.
With fruit and vegetables I think it's a matter of reaching the point of diminishing returns. Your body can only process a finite amount of nutrients, beyond that it expels. I'm sure if you eat some outrageous amount of this stuff, you'll probably even get a little plump. I seriously doubt you are humanly capable of reaching this point.

i'm pretty sure that in the case of broccoli and spinach (along with lettuce, celery, green beans, and other fibrous veggies) it's hard to eat enough of any of them to get more calories than you burn processing it, unless you drench it in something high in calories.

but ya gotta define excess. of course excess is bad, by definition. but where's the limit? I think you get tired of such goodness long before it becomes badness.

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.

I wouldnt worry too much about it caloriewise, but eating too much veggies and fruit could mess with your stomach a bit. When I havent eaten too many veggies and fruit in a while, and then I try and play catch up by eating abnormal amounts, man, do I **** alot. It can get painful.,

In the book Lord of the Flies some of the characters were getting diarrhea from eating too much fruit and veggies. If you get to that point, simply cut back because my english teacher at the time verified it ahah.

When I eat 10-15 servings of fruits/veges I to take like 4 craps a day...it can be pretty annoying when you're busy!

I think fruits/veges, in addition to having vitamins and minerals, have lots of different phytochemicals that must really help with metabolism. I feel so good after eating fruits/veges.
