Right now I'm working on cutting my weight down to 175 lbs (I'm around 5'11-6'0) so I can be in the Welterweight class for a submission grappling tournament. I've been doing a LOT of conditioning lately, eating extremely clean, and I've lost lots of fat, my 6 pack is just starting to show and I'm starting to get seperation in my quads, which is pretty cool. But after the tournament is over I think I'm going to replace 1 or 2 of my weekly conditioning workouts with strength workouts and try to "clean bulk" up to about 185-190 lbs, which I know will take a very long time.
I don't want to be "huge", I just find it too hard to put on lots of weight because I do so much cardio, but I do want to have some muscle, and very low bodyfat. I also want the muscle I gain to be functional muscle that helps me in sports, I'm not trying to pack on pounds and pounds of unfunctional muscle mass that just weighs me down.
