Tone of voice

I was think about "tone of voice", and how important it is when communicating with girls. I had a friend who used to talk to every girl like he was already sleeping with them. He talked in "hushed tones". Most men talk AT women, and not TO them. This is a sure fire recipe for friendship, if you ask me. So it's "hushed tones" for the DJ's, and higher tones, for the friend....

I'm not so sure about that one. I'm pretty loud and obnoxious. I get noticed quite a bit.

It's hard to get noticed or stand out when you're always talking in "hushed tones"

Interesting topic.

I don't think vocals are talked about enough on these boards. I do exercises everyday with my voice and breathing so that I'm on top of my verbal game. When I'm in my car I like to belt out songs at the top of my voice. You'll notice that after you do this your voice will be deeper and more seductive... no bs. Also for breathing exercises, try breathing out as much air as possible in one breath.. do this a few times. Read the paper out loud to get a smoother speaking voice. Freestyle rap to get quicker word turnovers...

When you lower your voice to a person you have to get more intimate with them. I agree with Vince. Bringing your voice down requires the female to get closer and its as if you're sharing a moment together. This can help your "game" or what have you.

that's what I meant....it forces her to get closer...even if what you're saying is total BS small talk, she'll feel you're sharing something special with her....add some good solid eye contact and body language, and you're all set...
this doesn't mean you shouldn't be loud or obnoxious at times, especially in groups, women love that too...shows manliness
