This is what has worked best for me with women and life in general. It's the antidote to anxiety and some fears.

It's all about being aware and accepting the rules. It all comes down to that.

Whenever you are about to do something, remember to be tolerant to incertitude, or you will be insecure all your life, and that's a ****ty way of living.

Whenever I am about to do something daring.. I have changed my way of seeing things. It's all about attitude.

If you are not tolerant to incertitude, the following will happen:

*You will pressure things to go a certain way. This self-imposed pressure is also known as stress. Stress will hinder your performance.

*If things to do not go the way you wanted to, you will be unsatisfied and will close your eyes over things that could've been very rewarding. If they do go the way you wanted to, you will feel more relief from stress than anything else.

However, if you do not impose your own petty rules and regulations here's what is going to happen:

*You will play by the rules and will accept that you don't know what is going to happen. You will be more relaxed and just be satisfied with experimenting with things as they come. You will take responsability over the fact that you are willingly taking a risk and will feel that you have power over your life.

*IMPORTANT: You won't be obsessed by your goal and will divert this attention to what is actually happening. This will improve your chances of observing better results.

*You won't be inclined to making evaluation and judgement. This is is what happened, period. This reduce the chances of resorting to drama and blowing things out of proportion which my lead to more fears.

It worked for me, hope it will work for you.

The idea is golden. The presentation is rough but I have been struggling with how to say the same sorts of things lately.

Another thing that goes along with this is LEARNING TO ENJOY THE THE MOMENT.

Don't lose focus of the goal but realize that each step of the journey is enjoyable for its own reasons
