I always feel super amped and ready for a good workout after having a dip in my mouth.. i usually put it in about an hour before i lift..i usually drink some coffee 2 hours out.. and dip after my pre workout meal.. leave it in for an hour and then go hit gym.. this works well for me because it helps me to be alert and ready to attack it in the gym. it also helps when combined with the coffee to get the stomach brewing and help me take a crap if i have too..
this is a bad habit and i dont advocate it anyway, but if u ever want to get amped like never before, give it a shot.. just start small.. like a pinch so u dont get sick or pass out lol.. i usually like skoal mint... somtimes cope but not unless there is nothing else or i am really tired for whatever reason.. cope is a little stronger than skoal..
