Tobacco to get ready for Workout

I always feel super amped and ready for a good workout after having a dip in my mouth.. i usually put it in about an hour before i lift..i usually drink some coffee 2 hours out.. and dip after my pre workout meal.. leave it in for an hour and then go hit gym.. this works well for me because it helps me to be alert and ready to attack it in the gym. it also helps when combined with the coffee to get the stomach brewing and help me take a crap if i have too..

this is a bad habit and i dont advocate it anyway, but if u ever want to get amped like never before, give it a shot.. just start small.. like a pinch so u dont get sick or pass out lol.. i usually like skoal mint... somtimes cope but not unless there is nothing else or i am really tired for whatever reason.. cope is a little stronger than skoal..

anyone do this?

too much brother!!!..

na, usually pack maybe 3-4x a day.. sometimes more if i am tired and have duty at night.. like tonight lol.. but naw usually one when i wake up at 1 or 2pm..before i workout.. then one at about 10pm.. then 2am, then before i rack out at like 6 am when i get off duty..

dont start unless u have too.. i started as a way to stay awake at a course i went to..we averaged 2 hours of sleep for 3 1/2 weeks..at one point awake for 4 days lol.. damn that sucked.. i definitely want to go to Army Ranger school here in the next few years and there is no dipping there and u sleep even less than i did at my course so i guess its all testinal fortitude there lol..

Do chicks dig the taste? If you're using an unhealthy supplement like tobacco, ya might as well just use steriods.
