Hey DJ's,

I've been seeing a girl for just over a month now. She's really into me.

My background: Until this summer my experience with women has been NOTHING! And I'm 23 but I've been seeing three ladies for the past month. My game is here, finally!

Anyways, this girl I've been seeing for over a month, I told her I'm going to a big city a few hours away for a weekend for a vacation and she's interested. I casually invited her which she accepted.

Now here's the issue: We live in the same city now, but in a month I'll be thousands of miles away for school where anything can happen. Do you think that by taking her on this trip is deceiving in terms of the relationship? I've only seen her for a month but I know we'd have a great time on the weekend vacation to the big city.

Should I just let her know my intentions before we go on vacation? Tell her that I'll be far away for school (which I just found out and she hasn't heard yet) and that I'm not looking for anything serious?

How would you handle this? Or would you just cancel the trip and not go (thus her not going as well)....

Thanks!

I'd assume that just saying that the trip is for fun and not to read into it as taking things to another level. This would probably be the best best, rather than saying nothing at all.

Yet I'm sure there's people thinking why even take this person if I won't see them for 4 months? I view it as live in the present, have fun now type of deal. I wonder what others think?

Always, always go for what you can go for. When you first meet someone, go for what you can, what is this? Phone number. When in a date(or similar) always go for what you can go for, which is the kiss. Go for the kiss, now.
This, assuming youve read the bible, and know how to do the kiss thing. Great luck.

Well she accepted the vacation so we're going! And I've gone for the kiss plenty of times, trust me :)

Seems kinda short on time to spent too much time on her. If you said 3 months (more than a dozen dates) then I'd say OK. But one month.. hmm.

It will be exactly 2 months and 8 dates right before I take her on a 3 day vacation.

As well, I won't be seeing her for 4 months because of school so might as well take advantage of our time together. It was a casual invite on my part (I was going to go myself if she accepted or not, but now I have a better time :)

Any thoughts on this topic now that you have more details?
