Tired of WACK Posters!!!

I am not going to mention names but what is up with these so-called DJs whose only contribution to this site is a steady stream of criticism?

You know who I am talkin about. The dudes who always point fingers and resort to name calling, referring to other posters as AFCs and trying to tear a brother down. I would accept such criticism from someone who had good intentions and a rep for helping people, like Bungo Pony or Tesuque Red, these guys I respect because they actually post helpful advice. These other guys make me laugh though, with their keyboard jockey bullshyt. Talking about how great they are and how everyone else is lame, yet there is no evidence of this greatness. Not one helpful post!

Is anyone else annoyed by this? I usually ignore it but lately I have noticed a steady decrease in the number of helpful posts here. Seems more and more people like to elevate themsleves to DJ status by cutting others down to AFC levels.

And yes, I realize the irony of this post because I have said nothing helpful, so I will balance it out with a nice approach I did on the beach the other day on this fine HB 9 who was sunning on the blanket next to mine.

ME: Excuse me, but does my face look burned?
HER: Ummm, no you are fine!
ME: Phew thanks! I have a hot date tonight and dont want to look extra crispy.
HER: laughs
ME: Can I ask a favor?
HER: Sure.
ME: Do you have any lotion left? I am all out.

Her friend jumps in and offers me some of hers

ME: Thank you so much! (Applying lotion and struggling to do my back) The back is always the toughest part, could one of you guys halp me out here?

HER: Okay, come here.

Sat between her legs and she gave me a suntan oil massage! Got her number and we are meeting up this weekend.

Ignore Lists

That's why this board software comes with Ignore Lists. Click the "profile" button of the user you want to ignore, and you should see "Add So-and-So to Your Ignore List".

New users often go overboard with the ****y idea, but this month there seems to have been about four or five who post every second thread with a load of hyper ****y flame bait.

They usually chill out after a while and begin to soften.

Also I applaud you for your maturity in not mentioning names of the assh0les on this board. *cough*tiburon*cough* These people are a waste of human flesh and contrary to what assassin is saying, there are some old-school DJs who do this too *cough*Demon*cough* Man I must have a cold or something

What's wrong with Demon?

He's usually to be found in "Anything Else" anyway but I have never seen anything negative in his posts.

"The Edge" can be acrid sometimes but he's usually right in what he says. Most users with a "Master DJ" tag can usually be trusted to give good advice.

I have never seen Demon post anything useful. If you have then please point me to the post and I will retract my earlier statement.

The Edge is another worthless poster. I totally forgot about that guy. All he does is whine about how no one meets his expectations or values. Even Pook had to put this guy in his place once! I have never seen a helpful tip from The Edge but if you have please point it out to me!

Regarding "TheEdge":

His "some of you are deluded" thread in Tips was well crafted.

Regardless of how hard you try, and study, and read, and pretend, and lie, and suppress all your prior AFC behavior, it never leaves you. You may be able to cover it up once in a while and work against that grain of thought, but it will follow you till death.

As for Demon as I said he usually posts in Anything Else so why do you say he is a waste of human flesh? If he was constantly trolling the discussion forums I could understand.

I am not saying I am the best poster, but hell, at least when I learn something I share it, instead of constantly criticizing people.

Actually I am not putting you on ignore because despite our differences, you actually do give decent advice once in a while and I respect that.

I got no beef with you dude, except I think you could have come up with a better username (what were you thinking?)
