But seriously, you have to be patient if you are really into her. The more you talk with her, the faster she will learn english and the faster you two will connect. And when there is a connection, conversation flows so much easier despite any language obstacles.

I am assuming they are in your country where official language is English, then they are speking at least some English.
First of all you want to be understood, so:
- Speak slower than you usually do, so she can understand you
- Dont mumble, try not to at least when sepaking to her
- Dont use idioms and slang - it is likely she would not get it
- Dont apply your own accent if it happens you have one

Now you are understood. Tell her you teach American\Canadian\Australian <your country> culture of conversation.

me and a friend once hooked up with two german girls who didnt speak english. some thoughts:

1. If they ask you to slow down as you speak, dont slow down. If you do they become more engaged in translating than listening to you. If you speak normally they become attracted to your voice.

2. Sing songs, do impressions, make hand gestures, make funny faces, etc. Do physical rather than verbal actions to get attraction.

3. Comfort is very hard to build. Try just spending time with them lying down and watching TV or something. Talk softly and smile at them alot.

4. When escalating you have to be VERY carefull. Get your face very close and make sure theres sexual tension before you kiss her. Dont try something like kiss bet or spin kiss.

5. Hug them alot, the whole way through the PU. Stretch your arms out, say 'aaawwwwww' and give them huge hugs.
