Here's a simple yet effective tip for some of you lazy guys out there.
You all know you SHOULD be exercising but sometimes you just don't feel like it...I know that feeling...this is NOT good at all. So when you feel like this, immediately take off your shirt (and pants if you need to) and take a good look at yourself in the mirror. Are you completely satisfied with your body as it is? If not, then use your image as motivation. If you are COMPLETELY satisfied...quit lying to yourself and exercise.
