threads in email

when i first came to the forum and registered and all that, everytime i would comment on a thread or anything if any more comments happend on that thread it would bve in my email. i dont know what i did to stop this but can somebody tell me what i can do to get it back.

When you post, go to options and click "email notification". That will solve your problem.
