the first time was at age 19..where she had an abortion.

now she is prego again..and in grad school..and is probably going to have another abortion.

she came to me for advice since I am a father..I can tell she is just looking for someone to tell her..hey go terminate another baby.

look I believe people should have the right.

but for **** sakes your 24 now..you have already done this once...Its so hard to believe she might do it again

Whomever she is going to marry will be clueless about this.

This is the scary thing about women. They can go through alot of sh1t in their early years such as fvck around with a couple of dudes at once, be on hard drugs, have abortions, become depressed and suicidal. I have met women who look like a perfectly sane human being to find out later that they done some real crazy sh1t in their life and were able to hide this from me without me suspecting they should probably need to be in asylum somewhere and take care of their bipolar disorder.

Women are good in hiding who they are, you really have to know someone for a long time before you decide to marry them (if you decide to marry at all!). They can't hide their true self forever.

The morbid truth of it all is that we live in a "throw away" society here in the states. We are a land of consumers who know that whenever we use up or throw away, we can easily get another. Oh, this doesn't mean that I'm a "pro-lifer" strange enough.

Friz ....say this 1000 times

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
the courage to change the things I can;
and the wisdom to know the difference.

There are at least 43 different types of birth control for women. There is only one for men. They call it birth control for a reason, you control the birth. This 24 y.o. is pregnant because she wanted to be pregnant. She'd even dealt with a previous abortion. Do I think she should have another? No, I think she should have the child, but don't think for a second she's 'accidentally' pregnant again. Don't get sucked into this; if she didn't want to be a mother she'd have controlled the birth.

Bingo - she is pregnant on purpose.
It was her choice and now her "problem" , not YOUR's.

This is indeed a recurring dilemma that this young woman keeps co-creating/finding herself in. Such predicaments, and the decisions that women choose to make because of these circumstances tend to leave some kind of significant impact on their psyches as the years go by...

But men, if you HAD to choose:

"Would you rather date a serial-aborter, or a single mother of two? And whichever one you would choose----what's the REAL reason behind your choice?"

How each of us would answer these questions would probably reveal just as much about us as it would about whatever woman is in question, now wouldn't it???

Just some food for thought for the men of the Mature Man Forum...

And yet there are plenty of guys on here who say a woman's past has "no bearing" on who she is today. What crap.

Why don't men realize that there are lots of women who intentionally or negligently get pregnant? THe potential damage to your life is so great, how can you ignore this fact?

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.

Every time you as a man had sex without a condom with a woman, YOU had the potential to be a father. Now go ahead, count those times up.

Every time you had sex with a condom, there was still a chance you could have been a father. Count those times up.

Were you intentionally trying to get a chick pregnant? I doubt it, so don't cast judgement so quickly. Sex = baby. With or without condoms, sometimes even birth control fails.

Sometimes a chick just lacks judgement for a moment, and sleeps with a guy even though she lapsed on her b/c.

Women carry all the responsibility with pregnancies. They are blamed for getting pregnant, for not using a condom every time, for making a bad call. When every single time, there was a guy right there with her, making the same mistake, maybe even more often than her. But its not like he is the one who will get pregnant, or have to decide what to do about it if it happens.

Don't be so self righteous, especially if you have sex. Only an abstaining man's argument would make sense here, and only because at least he isn't being a hypocrite.

what are you talking about.

if she has the baby..she can immediately force a paternity test and child support on him.

no matter what the guy can be held responsible for this if she women chooses to do so.

interesting question by victory unlimited...wow. i think i probably would chose the lady with the abortions right up until i found out about them. by the same token if i already fell for her then idk. same goes for the kids. however knowing about either going into things (ie they had to wear scarlet letter) id chose neither most likely. what does that say about me?

my point is he should be taking responsibility for his actions BEFORE it even comes to that.

Funny in most cases guys never think twice, til its too late. Then they scream foul. THEY chose to have sex.

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

thats why chics who like to swallow and get a facial get top marks in my book.

that said, most women, for whatever the reason, find it a HUGE turn on when a man finishes inside them.

id rather date neither. but if i had to choose (and by serial aborted im going to assume 3+ abortions)...

i'd probably go with the single mother. chics who have had an abortion more than three times are either super fertile or too f*cking dumb to learn from their mistakes.

but then again, a single mom with 3 kids all from different daddies is probably just as f*cking dumb.

grrr - you've confounded me VU.

Your argument is flawed. I know there is a 1% chance that birth control is supposedly not effective. I don't believe it. I think that 1% chance accounts for the girl forgetting to take her birth control. I've definitely had unprotected sex with girlfriends over hundreds of times and not one pregnancy. The 1% chance should dictate I should have a few babies right now, right?
.

guys who have unprotected sex are idiots if you ask me. i don't wear a condom for her protection, i wear it for MY protection.

i've had chics, after dating them for a while, say 'J, if you don't want to wear a condom i guess it would be ok now. i'm on the pill.'

i smile and say 'it's ok, i don't mind.'

the only time i plan to not use a condom is if i get married.

condoms are like wearing seatbelts, once you get use to them you forget about what it was like when you use to drive around without them. and if you choose not to wear a seatbelt, then you deserve it when you go through the windshield.

(just an aside, i use to not wear my seatbelt, but i've never not worn a condom. haha).

personally i think people take things way to seriously. any man who blows his load inside a woman is nuts if you ask me.

the moment you do that your little spermies start fighting their way to get to her egg. nature wants to create life. to trust that her birth control (or the fact that she's taking it regularly) will stop nature from taking its course is risky.

whereas with a condom your 99.999% covered.

id MUCH rather enjoy blowing my load knowing that nothing bad is going to happen, than i am blowing my load thinking 'man oh man, i hope her birth control works.'

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
