This made me sick to my stomach

I've never had anything like this make me feel literally ill. Here's what happened:

We have this cvntbag who works in my workplace. She thinks she's the goddam boss. The truth is, all she does is kiss the boss's ass and makes everyone else look bad when she fvcks up. I've had my run-ins with her, and it's never pretty. Everyone else who works here hates that b1tch.

So anyway, we got this new shipper and reciever. I trained him a bit, and he's a good worker, and is great to get along with. Now, Ms Cvntbag comes along and asks him to do something contrary to what was asked of him from another department (which she is good at). So, he does it her way, and gets in 5hit from the head of the other department. He lets the head know that cvntbag told him to do it the alternate way, so the department head goes and yells at cvntbag (I was there for it).

Cvntbag gives him another job and it isn't done to her satisfaction. She locks herself and him in his office, and she starts fvcking yelling at him. The department head overheard what was going on, and tore another strip off cvntbag, twice in that day.

So, cvntbag goes to the boss and feeds him a load of bull5hit about the new shipper/reciever making a bunch of personal calls and stuff - basically telling the boss lies to make the shipper/reciever look bad. So, the boss takes the shipper/reciever out for lunch, and tells him he doesn't want trouble between the two, but extends his probation!!!

Now, here's the kicker... the boss says that he set up this meeting to make cvntbag happy??!?!? WTF??? Who runs this fvcking place?

The boss has heard nearly everyone - including his own son yell at this goddam b1tch for constantly fvcking things up, but he doesn't fire her.

This 5hit just makes me physically ill thinking about it.

I'd say no, and tell her to write me up. If she wanted a project changed, she'd have to put it in writing, or have my project manager authorize the plan.

Always make sure your own ass is covered before you accept the word of somebody who thinks they are almighty.

Spider... how does somebody get fired four times? Is it because they were desperate for workers, that's the only reason people get unfired in my line of work. I know guys who've quit and resubmitted their application and were rehired in under a week with higher pay...

"Lies, all lies" without proof these kinds of women run straight from the mouth, garbage in garbage out, they won't accept anything, and they threaten with lawsuits when things don't go their way. A lot of the time the boss really can't do anything if there is no real proof. As long as she meets minimum standards they really can't do anything.

Des... have YOU talked to your boss about her? Giving him an ultimatum is the best option when it comes to biotches like this. "Either me, or her. I am not going to be taking any more of her meddling, if she wants me or anybody else in my department to do anything for her, she has to put it into writing. I am afraid I will lose my job someday, or my mind, if she isn't controlled" Your boss should understand, and accept the 'she's an animal' innuendo.

Forget that. She wastes money, pisses off customers (the customers prefer talking to others in the company) and doesn't order needed parts. The only thing going for her is she's been here for 20 years.

I've been noticing a pattern here though. It seems that my boss favors women more than men. I can't help but wonder if it's because of our feminized society, or if it's because of sexual favors.

I sure as hell do. I can't stand it though... I've been fvcked around by so many scam artist bosses that it's not funny. I knew my boss wouldn't let my case go to court, he would destroy evidence and effectively after being on the job for fifty years. He was a hardcore druggy, and has lost everything since I left his business, he got one last extension on his final contract, and without me, screwed up. I haven't heard anything from him since, he skipped town, and apparently never paid off my taxes... This is all related to law, everything he did, even ripping off the government through loopholes and lawsuits is legal if done the right way... I though, as an uninformed student had absolutely no say in how I was treated. Kind of like the child stars whose parents spend all of their kids money.

This is why I'm right wing and not left wing. Liberalism promotes equalism by giving advantages to some and disadvantages to others. Society is feminized and I would say politically correct, but my definition of politically correct is different from many other people.

I don't have a high tolerance for the sh!t, so I've decided to work in the private sector of corporate America with no affirmative action or feminized rights. Protest groups can b!tch about things, but they can't do anything. My boss can do whatever he wants, and it just so happens he's a conservative businessman with a set of nuts.

I think you've missed the point. It's not her that made me sick, it's the entire situation that made me sick. The woman practically
runs the place, and the boss lets her even if it's at the cost of someone else's paycheck and employment. She looks out for herself only, and seems to lack any concern for those around her.

You can really see her reap what she sews at the Christmas parties. She sits by herself and nobody talks to her.

Because she fvcks with my job, along with everyone else's job there, and she doesn't care who gets screwed as long as it's not her. But when she fvcks herself with nobody else to blame (not very often), the tears come rolling down.

That type of sh!t always goes on in the corporate world because you've got too many people who are paid regardless of the results (salaried and hourly). Also, the politics factor is in place big-time. Your boss sounds like the typical AFC douchebag mid-level manager who gets run over by women in the workplace. I feel for ya, bro. But seriously i would rally everyone at the job to make her life miserable at the job until she quit or changed her ways. Practical jokes are fun and there are a ton of paper mishaps that can happen affecting someones job all the time. Unles she's SUPER pigheaded, she'll quit after a month of general harassment.
