I just got sent this list of "50 Edward Cullen Characteristics That Every Guy Should Have"


You don't have to be a DJ to tell this was clearly written by a girl who is either blatantly lieing or doesn't know what girls want. You know the type that say I want a nice sensitive guy and then band the bad boy.

Now obviously some on the list are very true and honest but some are cringeworthily false.

Way more girls want the sensitive guy than you probably think. A little more experience around different types of girls will tell you that.

Actually, now that I think about it, the kind of girl who likes Twilight (kinda sweet, kinda nerdy) is pretty much the kind of girl who likes nice sensitive guys. They tend to be less attractive (though they often clean up nicely) than some other types but make better girlfriends.

Yeah it was the comment that all guys should be virgins, cos we all know the girls can't resist a good virgin.

Combine that with "he should never have had a girlfriend" and "can sneak into you room without anyone noticing and watch you sleep". Sounds more like a recipe the the type of guy they hate and find creepy, that certainly isn't the guy they can't resist.

Then there is all the nice guy stuff, should pay for everything, write you songs, tell you your the closest to heaven he will ever get and be willing to spend eternity by your side. Again it sounds like the AFC best guy friend who they tell any girl (but not her) would be lucky to have. The afc friend who is in oneitis love with her and puts her on the pedestal that she looks scornfully down from.

haha what an awful list, I hope no guys who read that try to become that.

anyone notice what #1 was and what #50 was? in other words 2-49 are only meaningful if you have the #1 trait and they put lifelong commitment WAY down the list....at the end. yet every girl i talk to complains about how they can't find a guy to commit.lol well no sh!t, if YOU don't put importance on lifelong commitment why should men do it? did anyone else notice what #25 was? we are supposed to love women DESPITE how they look yet looks was the #1 on thing on this list as well as "having an amazing body" and being able to look young for the rest of your life.lol in other words it's ok if she gets fat and wears sweatpants 24/7 but you better be good looking, never age, and have muscles on top of muscles. that will make her love you, but you better love her big wide @$$ and saggy body no matter what.

also take notice that being smart didn't even make the top 10. this proves women don't value an educated man. they want a dumb@$$ with money(which was ranked #5 btw). you wanna know WHY? because if you have ANY common sense or education you are 10 times harder to part from your money then a fool is.

this actually is a valuable list and gives you a wealth of valuable information of the importance of things in the eyes of a woman. the things we THINK they would value are not always tops on their list.

There is quite a bit of truth to this, the hottest girls I know make for terrible girlfriends. If I want a relationship I'll go for a girl closer to average who has a decent personality and cleans up well (and despite what is said about all women having more options than men, she'll still have a lot less than the hot chicks.)

I love how the #1 criteria is looks, but yet #25 on the list creates a double standard and the guy isn't supposed to judge her for her looks, yeah right keep dreaming girlie.

This list is a prime example of women not knowing what the hell they want. If a guy were to do #31,34,38,41,44,49 she'd stop returning your calls in a heart beat.
