Boss, I'd advise you to play it cool. Have an attitude that reminisces a sort of "
everything I say deserves to be laminated and placed in a museum."--- It's a ****y mentality, but it should be wrapped up in natural coolness.
Like, that's just the usual... Nothing new; I'm not surprised she said that.. Be relaxed with it.

It's one thing to have natural cleverness... But the fact that you've come to these forums,wrote down three different versions of a response you're thinking of giving her, already says you're thinking over the top with it---it's a forced effort of cleverness.
Play it off.. Reply with "Yeah,

From my experience, the girl then, some time later down the line, will try and phish compliments out of
you, hoping you reciprocate the kind of compliment she gave you above.
