Im juiced and pissed off!

Im fckin 19 years old and i still havent lost the V-card. Its killin me.

Im living in residence at UWO one of canadas top party schools and i still cant wheel.

relax, stop trying soo hard, talk to the girls, get close to them, dotn talk about crappy course work, make it fun, dance with them, touch them, make some kind of physical contact, even standing next to them brush against them, (make sure the signs are there first) , be prepared to walk off and cut them off mid conversation, go and talk to another girl, repeat and rinse

I don't know which part you need help with because your post is very general.

OK so we know you= good looking and has friends. I'm going to assume you can talk to girls platonic at the very least.

So this is my gameplan:
Step 1 Go to party with friends. Usually in a fraternity house because residency you tend to get in trouble. Club is a sinkhole for my money.
Step 2 Have fun. Then eventually pick a girl you like, could be you know her, could be you don't doesn't matter.
Step 3 Talk with her. And by talk I mean game, bust her balls make her laugh, embarrass her get her emotions running. But remember you want her ALONE at some point. It does you no good to entertain her or get her emotions riled up in a group.
Then you can go to either Step 4 or 5
Step 4 Dance, grind get physical maybe even makeout on the dance floor.
Step 5 Take her to your place. After she's had a lot of fun with you and it looks like she either doesn't want to stay at the party anymore or is willingly to ditch her friends for you then you tell her something like: Hey let's go to my place, I gotta show you this ________. Where the blank is a random semi interesting object or whatever you have.

You may have to do several repititions A.K.A. dance with her a little, go your own ways find each other dance some more talk, etc. etc. but the basic outline is the same.
